Married to Henry Farwell		 Olive married Henry Farwell on Apr. 16, 1629 in St. Botolp Church, Boston, England. Henry was a tailor (born ABT 1605 in England; died July 21 or Aug. 1, 1670 in Chelmsford, Middlsex Co., MA. [One source claims that the original county record is damaged; an early source claims July 21; later ones say Aug. 1.] Henry was admitted as a Freeman in Concord, MA, on Mar. 14, 1639.

Descended from royalty		 Olive Welby is acknowledged to be a "gateway ancestor" to Charlemagne. [SOURCE: International Society of the Descendants of Charlemagne] I've traced her ancestry to a number of interesting characters from the past, including Magna Carta Sureties, William Marshall (a knight templar called "the greatest knight who ever lived") and numerous kings of France, England, Russia, Scotland and elsewhere. There is a lot of information online on Olive Welby and other branches of my family in Massachusetts and back in time throughout Europe.
